Ms. Terry M Rich

I would recommend you actually experience the benefits of being a direct rep before you make a hasty decision. There are major differences between working for an agent and being a direct employee. Whether those differences are good or bad are for each individual to decide.

As for the above quote, I would recommend you look out for you and your family first. I can GUARANTEE you the former agent always did.[/QUOTE]

With all due respect, you contradict yourself in this post. Stating that each individual measure what is best for them, then generalize that all the agents took care of themselves first. Don't urge one to look at individual scenarios then make gross generalizations for an entire class with pompous guarantees. That's just blatantly childish and ignorant. Honestly, I would hope that the corporate directive is not to steal the sales forces for the agents they work with, but at this point, I would not be shocked if that was the end game.

Do any managers have any pull with this guy? It seems his bad ideas and poor management skills override any logical middle management suggestions. After all they are the ones closest to the field given that this gem never leaves his office. His spreadsheet decisions are a joke.

The answer is no! Terry Rich is a dictator that surrounds himself with a leadership team that can't find better jobs. The middle managers take their middle management pay checks and shut up! Look at the ASD and DM resumes. it's the bad news bears of Ortho.

True. All yes men that have no clue and are scared shitless of losing their jobs if they have any voice at a meeting. I haven't seen an environment this destructive since the Jimmy Carter years. I am so glad I left this company. The colon only gets more stinky with age. I have no idea how the board is not scratching their head with all the Simpliciti trays sitting in Minneapolis???? I'm glad I can finally sit back and watch this shitshow from the sidelines.

Only one with pull is the HR specialist they brought in to train and teach TR how to be a leader. Yes it's true Tornier realized they made a mistake a hired a life coach for this loser.

The vp of HR should be fired as well, he's an accessory to this mess. He has allowed this !*%} show to continue after numerous valid complaints filed against TR. It's like a 3 ring circus in Bloomington with only one ring master and it's not the CEO or COO....... To be continued, I'm sure

Just another example of how Tornier treats and thinks of people these days. Doesn't matter if you are a top performer or poor performer they will figure out a way to humiliate you at some point
