So many thoughts:
1) If you're surprised by what's going on with Ilumya and Sun, you weren't paying attention. The data on this product was very easy to find and nowhere near current and future products. It was always going to be a dog. All the other stuff we've done - with the co-pay cards and bonuses and other missteps are just fleas that make it even worse.
2) If you're surprised by Sun and the culture, you weren't paying attention or didn't want to see the signs. What we're experiencing has been the same thing that's been going on here for 5 years.
3) If you're surprised that FL is leaving, that's on you. All you had to do was a little research on him and his history and you'd have known that FL was and is about FL. Always talks a good game but if he isn't going to come out on top, he's the first to hit the exit. As soon as all the other JNJ rejects bailed, you knew he'd jump at the first thing that came along. The fact that it took this long speaks volumes about him.

If any combo of the above is true and you're angry/jealous/upset/annoyed.... That's on you. This whole Sun/Ilumya/FL experience was entirely predictable. Get out on your own terms. It's all but over.

How can that be? The RSM quit. There isn’t anyone to pip people or give you grief. Make 6-8 calls on key docs, use peer programming to move the doubters and then go home and relax. Nobody is pushing anyone with skills out.

I believe you are misinformed. This drug works and has been grossly under supported.

I don’t agree completely. The label and data on the drug at 12 weeks is subpar but the clinical feedback is really good. The drug works but the process is shit. When FL joined and all the rest of us did there was an upbeat feeling of something new and different and cool. We all just fell for it. Then the Jester got fired for being simply incompetent and now we have all suffered under AG. We have nickle and dimed a biologic launch of a good drug and it shows. What we need now is a change in leadership with AG gone or sell Ilumya on to a US player

Resignations are a sign that people have found opportunities elsewhere. We should wish them well in their new endeavour. These are times for us to rebuild ourselves and strive to create growth for Sun.

Vacant territories, vacant Regional Manager roles, both NSD roles are vacant with no plans announced to backfill. ‘Rumors’ about PIPs, to further thin out the costs here.
Yet everyone in the home office is protected.
