Sun has crappy, illegal values. And people don’t want to be a part of this anymore. It’s really becoming clear what this place is about.
People are leaving in droves -and- Sun can’t get people to backfill those vacancies. I know of people who have backed out of the interview process or who have declined offer letters.
It’s a mess here.
