i guess it will some major reshuffle at Sun. AG better head back to India. My guess is the ex Taro CEO in India may be brought back here and stabilize the ship. May be move some good people from Taro to stop the bleed and improve Ilumya sales.

I think KF will address FL and the RSM resignation and resignations as a whole and say company is not abandoning ship (yet) and keep faith type of call. I think he’ll announce who interim RSM for Mid Atlantic team will be.
Now if KF resigns we are all screwed. Please no more big resignations the rest of the week.
 






Did anyone else think FL’s “cool opportunity” comment was a slap in our face? Great you get to move on to another high paying gig while the rest of us who you convinced to come here are left behind in this mess. Not “cool.”

FL pulled a fast one. Problem is his reputation is shit, and this is the last gig that any of us will ever follow him to.
 






Both national sales directors quit to go to the same company and be a direct competitor?

Also, to a product that has similar “scores” that don’t really matter clinically per our medical team.

Our product is far more superior when it comes to safety.

Let’s talk about availability....ohhh - is that where the cool opportunity “lies”

Or...did the management team tell them they should find another job, before the sales force is shredded??

My spin factor says - hey we dropped 2 directors and 2 managers and a hand full of reps already. That’s at least a couple million in savings to the bottom line. Let’s not back fill!

How about some transparency about the future of this division...Kyle.

What would be great is if tomorrow’s call was opened up to questions! It’ll never happen but talk about tension and squirming.
I think Kyle is next to resign and it will happen before month is over.

As for the Absorica NSD leaving....not shocking AN never liked him. Don't be shocked if you see the lazy BW take over....GOOD LUCK

So we will now get our 3rd NSD (not counting the interim TG), in a year. BU, TG, JS, and maybe BW now ?
I heard the security guy in the home office is under consideration for the job.

Our sales VP has to love it that Ilumya is in the gutter. It’s the distraction he wished for to keep AG off his back-acne.

But - he’s on his third NSD in 18 months. He can’t keep on keeping his job by blaming the NSD. We’d like to have real leadership as well as consistency.

Known fact:
They didn’t get a nickel more but the got off the Titanic and that is priceless.
 












How does Deon and Dominick’s teams feel about one of their teammates taking over as RSM one has to wonder. That could be problematic. Those people know how rest of their teammates really feel about Sun, who is looking to leave, who is frustrated and these two new RSMs have shared in those conversations.
Are the two fill-in RSMs going to try to brand themselves and hurt those on team? Sun already has one East RSM that does that.
