The concern is so funny. It's like who gives a..... Reps come and go, products have lives of there own. See for example Synthroid, Depakote, Kaletra, Humira. There will always be more and new moth pieces or eye candy for the docs to see and bring lunch to. Any one rep really make a difference or for that matter the multitude of Dms sales and marketing directors?
Don't feel so important.
