More HCV resignations

This is an awful situation to be in. People don't need to plan exits without bad managers.

??? we're talking the fact they are not backfilling HCV positions. This is NOT a good sign. Case in point they didn't backfill Renal, Cardio, etc. It's a sign that layoffs will soon follow. Not talking about whether or not you have a DM. Your exit strategy is self preservation. Sounds like the severance is peanuts. Why wait around if you find a good opportunity.

So I have an opportunity to go to another HCV opportunity, how likely will Abbvie challenge the non compete??? Right now I'm ready to give my manager the middle finger to his face

Don't worry about the non-compete - - - given launch failure, no court will permit you from finding better employment. As to your middle finger, stick it in his arse !!! F' em!

Go for it!! They've lost so much money on this launch, they won't go after entry level sales personnel. BTW... copy all your contacts b/f giving notice.

Good luck... I'm considering multiple offers as well.
