It’s good to know that at least one person is thinking of the childrenIhave escalated this matter to the proper authorities and also cc’d the appropriate parties, always circling back while pivoting
I bet you falter and collect sample sigs all day everyday and think you made impact. Too ,any reps like you slipped through the cracks and should never have been hired. Are you for real? Listened to their coaches? This isn’t the NFL. You are supposed to be our partners in strategy and skill building not just coaches. The Novartis ABL model is so outdated. Clean house of all the management training team
That’s exactly what Novartis wants. They force us to leave a limited amount of samples so we can get the signatures of all the docs in the same offices every week, while ignoring the majority of our territory. Then they make us go to “Account Based Selling” training, while simultaneously preventing us from doing so. You have to decide if you truly love to sell and would be happier at a company that rewards sales, or if you want to coast through life and be a sample dropper for Novartis.I bet you falter and collect sample sigs all day everyday and think you made impact. In the Midwest region, the ABLs compete for the title of “most days in the field.”
such a joke this whole sales model-joke after joke
I don’t doubt any of this. Novartis is one of the picturesque big Pharma companies. Seeing that it’s always been this way and will never change, why do you people choose to hang out and still rep there?Just came back from fast start meeting. Role play after role play for 2 days. The training department in every big pharma company are dumb and lazy. They are still dusting off the same playbook from 1980.
Ok, your English is horrible, but I get the gist of what you’re trying to say.I don’t doubt any of this. Novartis is one of the picturesque big Pharma companies. Seeing that it’s always been this way and will never change, why do you people choose to hang out and still rep there?

Oh yea the English professor is hard at work on here. You must be a useless bottom feeder ABL. This is glorified text messaging on here ya ass clown. You sux and that’s why you can’t find another job outside of Nfartis.Ok, your English is horrible, but I get the gist of what you’re trying to say.
Most people are here temporarily because they took a job offer full of empty promises. They are just putting in enough time to make this span look reasonable on the resume.
Yeah….that’s why I’m on here complaining about my manager doing so many field rides, Einstein.Oh yea the English professor is hard at work on here. You must be a useless bottom feeder ABL. Help me understand this… Novartis CV knows culture sucks. They are working diligently to improve it they say.
So they increase field rides, implement more micromanagement, track us to death, spend unnecessary money on computers/phones, encouraged to give more 2’s on field rides, give more shitty data, pay less bonus, the list goes on and on. Time to get out and get out fast.
