Morale at NNI for the Field





I think the real kicker for me was the continued aggressive goal increases during this time when our access if non-existent save for a few offices. I'm all for goal increases but this is just wrong.
 
















Out West here, more sleepless nights, sitting here at 3am on CF and I will have to give it a 1.0.

9 more days of this? Today would have been a good day for a 'mental health' day for all of us. I like Brian's email suggesting we use a vacation day or two right now- that would be nice, but you told us we had to use them all by September, and couldn't take any for the rest of the year, remember!?
 




Covid, lay-offs and a horrible IC Plan equates to low morale. Even if you survive the layoffs, why would anyone want to stay with the micro-managing and piss poor IC plan?? Can’t make good money at NNI. The good culture is out the window and forgotten about

Team South is operating at an 11! So excited for what the stronger NNI that will exist on November 13th, even if we’re scrambling to post and compete for jobs we don’t want. We have TSTV to keep us pumped, Seasoned to keep us leading from the front and One for the money to reward our hard work! Can’t wait for TS 3.0! It’s going to be Realerer! We out!

Not sure about morale here in the south because nobody is talking about it. The quiet before the storm

Seriously quiet... I actually checked my phone yesterday to make sure it was receiving texts and emails. Was even hoping for a new novo connect post.
