Worry not good people, we will regain a positive mindset during the live Fast Start meetings in December! Going to depend on RBD and DBM. I would argue the good ones have folks at 5 now. Senior leadership needs to step it up big time, if they don’t 5 will be best possible. That ain’t a way to work....

Covid, lay-offs and a horrible IC Plan equates to low morale. Even if you survive the layoffs, why would anyone want to stay with the micro-managing and piss poor IC plan?? Can’t make good money at NNI. The good culture is out the window and forgotten about
