Can I get an AMEN! It was free at launch, now MC still sucks AND patients are getting 90 days free on restasis.... Ya ya ya i know takes that long to work but then it's covered.....WE AREN'T. Offices are sick and tired of the PA'S they are not 50/50....oh and patients deductibles aren't getting bought down with the free Rx.... Thanks for not telling us that!
This neuro BS is just another knee jerk reaction and the fact that they will have samples is even bigger BS.

Most good reps are on their way out the door anyway, this place is a total joke now

After my territory more than doubled in size and I had doctors taken away from me that I care deeply about it made the comment to friends and colleagues that atleast it can't get worse... our senior leadership surprised me and made it worse. A friend forwarded the "no vacation" email from Kevin and then the xiidra conference call in which Kevin was very clear that all Vyvanse expectations remain the same but we are just adding more to your plate. Never seen a more perfect example of the blind leading the blind than what is going on with our leadership

Where did this lousy attitude come from ? We encourage honest discussion about OUR Company. That does not mean mindless idiotic asinine commentary that says nothing and only obfuscates the issues that might be out there for dialog.

KC never should have sent that email about no time off even two months before launch. But there is NO WAY he is happy about having to use the NBU to help bail out KK and FO (in their minds at least)? Do you really think he's all excited about these diversions right when we're getting new territories and need to build relationships with our new doctors before our launch? A launch that will be toughest yet and where his head will be on the chopping block. No f'in way!
But daddy FO wrote a check that his ass KK can't cash and now everyone has to pay. Except of course the people who actually made the mess.
 












Omg Fuckin' A...ANOTHER DAMN CALL ON MONDAY ABOUT THIS SHIT. It better be. "We fucked up, we decided against this horrible fucking idea!".

Instead it will probably be some bullshit reading from a script without letting us give feedback...blah blah blah blah.

So I'm curious what the diagnosis is for you then? You know, the literally one and only person in a whole organization who feels compelled to defend a band of losers who for years have maligned, persecuted and harassed the employees they are supposed to be in charge of? Or just maybe, there's a differential diagnosis for the leader who deserves every bit of criticism they receive yet feels the need to post in a "third person" manner to try and unsuccessfully deflect any negative attention away from them, rather than look in the mirror and own up to their own misguided ways?

Either one represents a sick fuck!
 






Looking forward to the call on Monday... I heard they figured out an incentive comp plan and It will be as lucrative as Q3 2016... I'm going to be able to take a real nice vacation in 2018 with this cash when KC tells me it is ok to do so...
