Or, we could talk about the high maintenance, spoiled reps who did nothing but give drug away for 3 months and now that they have to overcome challenges and actually sell, they are complaining about how hard it is.

If this call is for both the OBU AND NBU then we can guess what it is about. The NBU having to help,the OBU with xiidra. I really hope that is not the case but it sounds just like our gritty leaders to call a co promotion a "sales opportunity". I just hope we don't get straddled with having to sample that stuff too.

Pump the breaks tough guy. We've heard about the beat down you guys took while in Orlando. We know about the amazing GA you have put up so far. We have already been asked to co-promote for you since January, and now this. I'd spend less time flexing my cyber muscles on this site, and more time ACTUALLY selling this stuff, as opposed to gaining share through samples.

I hardly sample, I sell clinically. But you see KK and the rest of the minions sit in home office and run these reports that tell them if you call on a certian doc this many times they'll Rx this much. That's not how this works and we in the field all know it!

I have no managed care in my territory along with limited access, docs are getting NC PAs constantly for Medicare and in my territory commercial as well bc it's not covered well by commercial here. It's frustrating and tiring and it doesn't help that many get the side effects but that'a a whole other story.

Docs believe it's a better product I've sold them on that, but no patient is going to pay out of pocket $300 a month for commercial for the full price for Medicare (with the card) I wouldn't.

NBU give me a break, you have older drugs with coverage and many won p club because of Medicaid. It's a managed care game and we all know it. So kiss my ass!

KK does not give two shits what your coverage is. In fact she's not sure if managed care is one or two words. Only thing she can comprehend is a computer generated ranking list. She's not the slightest bit interested in what criteria goes into those rankings or the reasons why one territory is advantaged over another. I personally think she understands the differences but chooses not to do anything about it. But, God help you if you are on the wrong end of those rankings. A complete robot who is where she is precisely because of how she behaves. So my advice is stop complaining and leave this loser mill. You will be better for it in about a a week.
 






Everybody needs to relax, the NBU got this, we bailed KK out last year, tried to bail KC out, but that is a whole other story. We will take your ii drops to the promise land hit a billion for y'all and then sit back and let y'all take the praise, we are use to it.
