You could all stop wasting your time if you'd realize that we in managed markets are not rewarded for getting a contract, increasing market share and the like. We have become a division of pure activity. As long as I get my number of calls and fill out the trackers well I'm doing fine. So stop expecting us to actually care about sales. OK?
I have to agree. Maybe we should have more trackers. That way we could show even more activity. Never mind it does nothing to increase access or sales. Just more activity please.

Hey, don't take our lavish dinners away from us. That's the only think that keeps managed markets bearable here. If I can't get my big steak, single malt and fine bottle of wine, I'll go crazy.

Screws are finally being tightened on our managed markets team. Heard they were riding one guy pretty hard and he finally quit. Hope there will be more to come. It's time to week out the ones that are ineffective and aren't working. This is a good start. Now lets keep it up and bring in some people that can help us with Aptiom contracts.

Who cares! This just gives us a reason to point to if we don't hit our goals. Has anyone in Wisconsin been doing anything more than dropping off samples and getting signatures since we were put on WI Medicaid as the only preferred APS? I didin't think so. So let's count our blessings and remember that we lose our patent in early 2018. That means we are at risk of downsizing at the start of 2017. We saw what happened to Lunesta team a full year before its patent went off. Lets also remember what happened to Summit team a full year before their product patent expired. So everyone just relax. We make some of the biggest base salaries in the industry and the ride is slowly coming to an end. Why all the hate? Just relax and enjoy the end of the ride. I already have my resume in at Lundbeck. It's good to have a plan B. :)
Well I guess there is no reason to point to if we don't hit our numbers because our navitus share didn't do a single thing up or down since we didn't get the Latuda contract. Looks like contracting made the right decision even though all you Wisconsin complainers were crying.

Oh boo Hoo you lazy managed care account director. You have got to be joshing us. We are not just talking about Aptiom. We are going to get crushed with Lautuda after the recent news from Wisconsin. That affects not just Wisconsin but big plans in Minnesota, California, Michigan... How does Rexulti get placed on formulary ahead of us? We are now the last line and have to fail all other oral meds before Latuda will be approved. Rexulti isn't even contracting any major discounts from what I hear and they beat us? Come on. You guys must be working really hard to lose to all the other APS's including rexulti! Who hired that guy anyway? Off to a great start. Maybe you could lose MN Medicaid and WI Medicaid for us too while you're at it.

I really liked the great success that was shared about ND Medicaid. So they just develop a formulary and put us along with all other APS's on the PDL and that is a major win announcement. Give us all a break. What work went into that "win"? We are not idiots out here. We are more in the know than you think. Get a real win or real save and we will be appreciative. All we've seen so far are major losses and a spin that even a 5th grader could see through. Great work on getting to us the criteria on how to get Latuda filled now that it is the only one not on formulary. A local rep had to get it from one of his offices for us to figure it out? And you guys are casting mud at us reps? Come on. YOU grow a pair and put your big boy boots on!
This post was spot on a few months ago and is still spot on today. Kudos to the OP who first posted this.

The sky if falling, the sky is falling!!

So what's happened now that everyone was crying about Latuda at Navitus and Dean. Not a single GD thing!! Everyone is making their numbers and some doing even better.

Cry baby reps complaining all the time. Next time why don't ya all do your jobs and get some used at Navitus accounts like Dean. Now that the change has happened and it didn't even dent the latuda trend line you have been revealed as a cry baby chicken littles.

Why don't ya all go out and actually work to sell some Latuda today? That would be a nice change for all of us.
Blow me dick weed. It's screwing with my state of Minnesota employees. Navitus is the PBM for them and Latuda Rx's are having one hell of a time getting approved. So, there you go biotch. Direct evidence of us blowing the Navitus Latuda contract having a big impact negatively on many geographies.

I thinks we needs to establish those that quit and those that were asked to leave.
Quit: Paula, Todd, Melanie and Millie
Fired/Let go: Carl, Sue, Pat, Don, Doe and Steve

That's a lot of people and some really really really good ones are a few of the ones that quit!

Get your facts straight about the ones that left. Steve and Doe weren't fired. Carl and Sue were railroaded out of here. Paula was completely worthless for years.

Ha ha ha ha. Managed Markets Getting back on track. Now that's some funny shit. We on the Aptiom team don't even think we have a managed markets team here.

Y'all ready for the buffoon to take the stage. Sure he is scrambling to find out what we have done for the year and what we will do in 2017. Can't wait for him to do a hand stand or a flip while he kisses Frawley's ass and ignores us. Oh, and which mood will we see? My favorite part of the year, two opportunities to see him in three weeks. And please, don't complain to us about your travels. We circle you.

He will do a cartwheel for a doughnut (very similar to Homer Simpson)

But were many of them that were either fired or quit (you sad sacks can argue how they went bye bye) any good at their jobs? Ok, Todd and Melanie were big losses. That I'll give you. But any of the others?? I think we should continue to force many of them out or just fire them.

What is there left for them to do. Latuda is on auto pilot just waiting for patent expiration. Aptiom has never been promoted or contracted by managed care team. I don't know why we even have a sales force for that product. The new products? That's the health system teams stuff. What do they do anymore except spend tons of money on meeting up for nice dinners (I hear that team is loaded with "foodies")and do some golf or other non company business related activity.
