I thinks we needs to establish those that quit and those that were asked to leave.
Quit: Paula, Todd, Melanie and Millie
Fired/Let go: Carl, Sue, Pat, Don, Doe and Steve

That's a lot of people and some really really really good ones are a few of the ones that quit!

Steve left on his own accord and went to Alkermes the same time Todd left, ask Carol. Not sure about Don and Doe. But you are right on the rest of them. Too bad because we were far better off keeping those leaders than bringing in these others.

Having worked inside, this AD team is about the worst in the industry - exceptions exist, but most decent are long gone or waiting for package when this company finally folds in. I do feel for the good HO based Marlborough folks with little options to be cut soon.

Inside scoop is that they are some of the worst in industry corroborated by the external ratings orgs.

As I sit here waiting to board my flight for, yet another, conference in San Francisco I have to say that being in managed markets here is a thankless job. All you snotty nosed and coddled RMD's and Reps should grow a pair and realize we are doing the best with what we are being given. Yes we lost some good managed care people. A couple were really big losses to but those of us who have remained are doing the best we can.

We didn't come up with the managed markets strategy for Aptiom so stop blaming US!! We didn't have any say in a lot of the decisions that have been made about contracts and all that stuff.

So you lazy reps and dm's better start to put on you big boy boots and try working more than 20 hours a week. It goes both way you know.
Everyone knows the North Dakota "win" was a joke but the loss at Navitus you write about is more telling. We screwed up big time. Don't know if it was the rookie AD or our contracting department but someone has to step up and own the miserable failure. That conference call was real sad. Wish we had someone more experienced up here.

Oh boo Hoo you lazy managed care account director. You have got to be joshing us. We are not just talking about Aptiom. We are going to get crushed with Lautuda after the recent news from Wisconsin. That affects not just Wisconsin but big plans in Minnesota, California, Michigan... How does Rexulti get placed on formulary ahead of us? We are now the last line and have to fail all other oral meds before Latuda will be approved. Rexulti isn't even contracting any major discounts from what I hear and they beat us? Come on. You guys must be working really hard to lose to all the other APS's including rexulti! Who hired that guy anyway? Off to a great start. Maybe you could lose MN Medicaid and WI Medicaid for us too while you're at it.

I really liked the great success that was shared about ND Medicaid. So they just develop a formulary and put us along with all other APS's on the PDL and that is a major win announcement. Give us all a break. What work went into that "win"? We are not idiots out here. We are more in the know than you think. Get a real win or real save and we will be appreciative. All we've seen so far are major losses and a spin that even a 5th grader could see through. Great work on getting to us the criteria on how to get Latuda filled now that it is the only one not on formulary. A local rep had to get it from one of his offices for us to figure it out? And you guys are casting mud at us reps? Come on. YOU grow a pair and put your big boy boots on!
:(

Don't know what happened, used to hear good things about the contracting group but hasn't been the case for a while likely another clerical gaff

So what happened with Latuda at Navitus? The real story please...

Who cares! This just gives us a reason to point to if we don't hit our goals. Has anyone in Wisconsin been doing anything more than dropping off samples and getting signatures since we were put on WI Medicaid as the only preferred APS? I didin't think so. So let's count our blessings and remember that we lose our patent in early 2018. That means we are at risk of downsizing at the start of 2017. We saw what happened to Lunesta team a full year before its patent went off. Lets also remember what happened to Summit team a full year before their product patent expired. So everyone just relax. We make some of the biggest base salaries in the industry and the ride is slowly coming to an end. Why all the hate? Just relax and enjoy the end of the ride. I already have my resume in at Lundbeck. It's good to have a plan B. :)

why would anyone good ever go near North Dakota?

You are correct sir. I heard Don was let go and don't know about Doe. She was doing the Brovana HUB thing then BOOM, she was gone.

I'm not sure they can cut all that many more managed markets positions.

So, what is the full story about Navitus and Latuda? I know most out there in WI are discouraged. What really happened? Full story please. None of this bits and pieces stuff. :)
