The posters reference to white male managers who’s wives are stay at home moms are an observation of the homogeneous, lack of diversity and overwhelmingly obvious systematic good old boys club that is NOT based on hard work or merit (despite claiming to be) but rather on an old, antiquated corrupt system that rewards WHO you know (or who you can bribe), not what you know or what you’ve accomplished.

Millennials are speaking out about the cronyism and corrupt practices that pretend to operate based on merit. Older generations are currently being indicted in the largest ever bribing college admissions schemes that has cheated hard working students out of their deserved spots at universities. The ramblings against Millenials are tired and if you actually ever know or have worked with any, you would know they’re resourceful and extremely adaptable. Something older workers unfortunately are often categorized as lacking in. We can all learn from each other.

Yeah your friend is in the c suite and filthy rich not you, maybe because he promised you the moon and that if you stayed focused on your task that one day you'd advance, get a pay raise, better perks, better work environment etc etc....but it never came through, you kept waiting and waiting then got complacent then finally accepted your place after bravely trying over and over again.

From what Ive heard,Abbvie Human Resources is getting bombarded with complaints to HR through the anonymous ethics hotline, which is HR in disguise. They are snitch’s and stupid ones at that. Their managers found out, HR put target on them and POOF they’re on a performance plan and under extreme pressure which they CANT handle or even understand. Millennials lack face-to-face communication skills, preferring texting and iphone to human interaction.They’re suffering from separation anxiety after having spent their early years receiving the constant attention of helicopter parenting and winning trophies for finishing in 16th place. They have been told they’re the best, and their opinion is equal to anyone else’s, even those far older and more experienced than them.They are finding out the Worlds a cruel place and owes them nothing when they’re born.

Heard their parents call HR 80% of time defending their complaints. There’s are grown ass adults having mommy and daddy call for them. It’s laughable and also is added to their file.

Who started the Iraq war? Who crashed the housing market? Who agreed that it was ok for the ultra rich to pay lower taxes than every Abbvie person in the field? Who said it wasn’t sexual assault? Who said it was ok to pay $400 a month for health insurance? Who decided that the future growth of our careers was futile? Who refuses to acknowledge that due to increasing global temperatures food and water will be scarce in 50 years? Who chooses to ignore and blatantly disregard employee rights and wellbeing? wWho said operating in unethical and corrupt manners was acceptable? Who cares more about the bottom line rather than ensuring the future and sustainability of our jobs? Who told you to care about shareholder value rather than patient and employee value?

Obviously not followers like you. Do you really feel comfortable choosing a philosophy that harms your fellow people? Do you have the bravery to stand up and voice your opinion for what it is right?

Filthy rich? Bezos, Soros, Branson, Gates , Zuckerberg, Buffet, Ect. are filthy rich. We are just the 1% rs. Hell, we pay more in taxes than all of the tax-paying households in the bottom 90%.
