No one knows what’s happening. People are definitely jumping ship. Number of people on the therapeutics side are openly applying/interviewing and some have already left. Wouldn’t be surprised if in the coming weeks the sales team is down to half the people

Told the recruiter last week as soon as i get my bonus i'm ready to leave this dumpster fire.
We have nothing to offer. my customers have no faith in the company and thers is no valid reason worth waiting around.
There are plenty of other sales opportunities with more stable companies. plus our sales leadership has been terrible and that is saying it nicely.
