Prollenium is trying to buy it and negotiating with Crown and Revance. This is what is causing the delay. So brace yourselves as the future is looking more grim than we thought it could be. One of the directors at the PE firm that owns Prollenium is a blabbermouth so the news leaked.

i agree this makes no sense and is probably a competitive company. however, why the deal hasnt closed according to the SEC guidelines is strange. shocked it hasnt been announced or leaked by now. the leadership has done an awful job with guidance and transparency.

It makes no sense to you or maybe even me, but from the eyes of a PE group it make a ton of sense, especially if that PE group bought into an unrealized fairy tale told by the original owners of Prollenium. Prollenium is dying quickly, it won’t be long until they start bleeding talent, they have to do something before the entire wheels fall off. A Prollenium acquisition is a very possible reality boys and girls.

One of my doctors said He was already approached by a rep saying she was approached by Teoxane to sell product, and he wanted to know if I would still be his rep or the new girl? thats NEWS to me.
 




I think Prollenium would love to get their slimmy hands on Revance, but can’t. They don’t have the structure for that. Some of their employees are considering a lawsuit against Prollenium for all the awful and illegal things they let mark wilkins do. I hope it goes public so that man gets what he deserves - burn in hell. FDA is also investigating Prollenium so, again, don’t think they are a contender.

Teoxane in talks with Benev now. They no longer want their fillers associated with revance.

This industry is in trouble.

Teoxane has the upperhand and foley screwed up AGAIN. Revance does what they want or they walk essentially. How could a breach not have been discussed before agreeing to Merger. what a royal @$)@ up!

Teoxane is in trouble. Revance/Crown has no future. Benev is amateurish and Evolus is about to launch a filler in the US. Good luck to Teoxane.

If you want to stay in this industry you have a few options and all with risks. Evolus, allergan or merz. Prolleenium going belly up, teoxane is nuts and that lady will sue anyone just for fun, benev is just starting with toxin, galderma is a morale destroying machine, and revance we know well. If I had a choice, I’d go to evolus, but, I just want out of injectables.

you’re so right about teoxane - the lady is crazy - and anyone working for her is lacking self respect - working there is an act of desperation - allergan and merz are the only decent ones in the industry

According to Mark Wilkins it is off. After his epic screw up with Hugel, when he told everyone he had it… now he’s saying he is working directly with Archimed on the deal for Revance and that if it happens he will become CEO because he is getting Ario fired.
if this happens you will dearly miss Foley.
