1 year ago we were almost at $19.00. Never did I think it was possible to self destruct so quickly and cowerdly. This makes no sense any way you slice it. What an embarrassment this company has become. So sad….

By the end of the year RVNC will be just a bad memory with the employees suffering - tax loss, ESPP loss, or non vested share loss. It's a complete failure of epic proportions, a fire sale pre bankrup .... I never thought I'd see RVNC go out worse than Valeant !!... turn off the lights on the way out! Do not expect Crown PE to spend like RVNC - you won't have reps squeezed into cities with low performing territories - expect lots of consolidation - if you can't make your number then you're done. Talk to your local Crown rep...
 




All of us are toast. If you bought into the ESPP, you're as dumb as this company is. The moment Foley started selling all his shared at 30s and 20s should have drew a major red flag for all of you. Not many jobs out there, not high paying anymore...big corporate isn't the easy to go these days. We are fucked.

the grass isnt greener elsewhere. evolus reps leaving, galderma reps, etc. it all sucks. huge quotas. entitled customers. more more more from every side. aesthetics has changed. blame the suits

The world of aesthetics has changed and it is becoming more and more challenging to make good money in this space. Galderma is a cluster fuck, Allergan is losing share and Evolus reps are leaving. We are doomed at Revance and PE/Crown will be all about cost cutting. Time to get into pharma.

This is true. Hard to hit goals with new products in the mix along with aggressive targets. The glory days in this space are gone. Very sad. Was a fun ride for almost 2 decades. Been awful since Covid. Godspeed….

That may be true, except working for revance. This company blows and I'm tired for working for idiot management who got ahead because they sucked off the hiring manaagers/directors. Most of our RM team and Directors are placements and lack experience. Most have power trips...

The grass is definitely greener..just not with injectables/tox. I can't wait to leave this shithole.

That’s a true depiction of the industry. Managers and leaders are awful and landed here because they can’t make it in another industry - be it pharma, medical device and even within aesthetics. All they do is suck up to their leaders who are as incompetent as they are. Can’t wait to leave the injectables industry. It has become such a shit show and can still go lower than Revance. Just look at Prollenium and the mess they are in with marky the bully. Or Benev now with AG, the inappropriate.

Why is everyone so certain? Things haven’t exactly been great under the new leadership. Maybe it’ll improve since Crown actually understands aesthetics, unlike Erica and her worthless minions. Why not wait and see how it plays out first?

Revance leadership failed and the product over promised and under delivered.
Crown is owned by private equity. They have one model only, cut cost, reduce workforce, high sales targets. How do you think it will get better? Still the same product just a different environment, equally bad.
