Loser, no lawyer would take your case. Continue what your doing and I bet you will be out of a job. The industry is changing and they want more without paying.
Perhaps everyone has a litigable complaint.
The question maybe;
1. What is the 'country region' of where you work? (So, is this a region complaint?)
2. Do you work in a rural or big city territory? ( rural MD'sare usually easiel to see)
3. Do you work in an area where there are large physician groups who have several offices located in many different suburbs?
The above create a different demographics where seeing physicians are unique to where they are located.
We all know this. Questions should be directed to the 'norm' within the same demographics within the same industry. What are those results?
