My average was the same as yours and my numbers were pretty decent. But now our manager says that we must have 65% sampling ratio and I am having difficulty in doing that with the lack of samples. Now there is a hold up with the March Nasonex samples!

Central is ranked last usually. But we have a great team and no pressure to sample or work 24 field hours. I love it here.

So we all probably know what your field coaching reports have in them: your call metrics are below the region as well as the nation...

What part of the country are you in. No way a doc sees me without samples. You are either full of it or in the only part of the country that you can make calls without samples or a lunch.
 






When I am out of samples I go in and say hello and a quick detail and let them know I will be back w samples on next visit. I talk to office staff if dr won't see me without samples.
 
























Can't wait to see the reps go when management sees that they are not in the field 8 hours. Remember you should be out in the field until 5:00 pm. Isn't that what you put in for every day?
 












stop the bullshit. You need to do your job not worry about clock. I read here that people have a 40% sample ratio. Bull. You don't see 60% of your physicians without sampling them. then you come on here and talk about ipad tracking to get people riled up. They can track us with the computer if they want to. Just get your lazy ass out, do your job and stop your whining.
 






First time on here couldn't hold back. I work 24 hours plus a week but several hours a week are emails, following up with literature, samples, new stuff, reports, counterparts,storage. I from this point forward am keeping a log of all my hours. If they ever hassle me I I'll submit my log. End of story.
 






You can keep your log but you won't get paid for it. You get paid for 8 hours in the FIELD. If your doing less than 8 hours you will NOT get paid. The contract was for a minimum of 8 calls leading to 24 calls a week. The company found that people were doing 8 calls in a few hours and calling it a day. The tracking will allow managers to pay you for only the hours you put into the field.
 






First timer here too. Here's my two cents for what it's worth...I used to hustle from one call to another usually getting 5,6 signed calls by noon - don't get me wrong, I do not sample drop. I actually get f2f time with docs, however brief or otherwise. Then all this bs about tracking us and strong emphasis on spreading out the calls/sigs throughout 8 actual field hours...so now, after a call, I go to Starbucks, grab a latte and browse CP. Then I do another call 45 mins later. Then after that call, I go to the local cinema and watch a movie. 2 hours later, another call (signed - mind you!). By the time I know it, it's already past 5. Time to go home!
 


















Your manager will see the exact location where you are live time. Your cell phone will ring and your manager will want to know why you are not in a location where there is a Drs. office?? This tracking is exact it's under find my iPad...look under the setting section on your ipad. (among other tracking apps, mileage) Stop being stupid, the company is saving tons of money if your not located at a Drs. office!! or lying about mileage.

You're being the stupid one - a paranoid stupid one at that. They pay us for 8 hours of work = 8 calls (remember the 1 call/hr thingy???). Why should I give them 10 calls if they only pay me for 8??? Makes sense??? If my manager calls me and asks why I'm not in a location where there is a drs office I will tell him because I need to spread my calls out over 8 hours. If he gives me sh!t then he'll have a talk with my lawyer. Now, if Publicis says they will pay for 15 calls in 8 hours then that's what they will get. It's not very difficult to understand...
