Bruce P. is/was the regional director for the West Region. He just announced he was moving on to another position in Merck. Jan N. just left, now one of the regional director is leaving. It seems to be a lot of turnover.

getting promoted is not turnover. But with Merck losing a promising launch you have to wonder what will happen.

If you are a current employee of Publicis on another contract, forget it. They won't even consider u for a phone interview

Are you really so naive? Ok, I'm in a good mood today so I will explain: Publicis does not want to keep rotating employees in and out of ongoing contracts. It just creates too much instability. It's a different story though when one contract ends and another needs people.
