Meeting Request

If you're solo- that's not good. HR has to be on the call so they have to space them out. That's my guess. I'm sorry. You are in good company. Lots of good people.

THIS IS TH EMAIL I GOT:

I have scheduled a call for us for tomorrow, Thursday, 10/25 at 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm EST so that I can provide you with an update on Project Constitution.

Please use the following dial-in information to join the call: 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. Conference Code: xxxxxx.

Please do not call in prior to the start time indicated. We will not be sending an Outlook invite, so please mark this time in your calendar.

Thank you.

I got the exact thing but the time is different...still a 30 min call though. Guess this is good?

Yes. a 30 min call means you will be on the Regional group call. if you got a 15 min invite (all that i have heard are in am EST), this is is invidual call. So sorry folks. make Lemonaide out of the Lemon.

That's my understanding....I really hate it for the others, this sucks! However, I could be wrong, the 30 min call maybe a mass call to let all of us go instead...who knows what to believe anymore. I'm so resentful that even if I keep my job I'm not sure if I even want to be part of a company that treats their people like this.

I thought they would send then out in the morning too. Very cruel to send them out this afternoon. I too got one for tomorrow am for 15 minutes with regional. HR is not on email just has an update to project constitution.

This is so obvious people. It has nothing to do with the AM/PM or the lenghth of the call. If you are on a call at the same time as most of the people in your region you are most likely safe, as this is the "group call" kip spoke about. All of the emails were send blindly so you will have to call around to figure out the scheduled time of the other people in your region. If you have a call scheduled that is different from the rest of your region it is most likely not good news.

Midwest group call is 10:30 est
Northwest group call is - 12:30 pst
Southwest group call is 4:15 pst

I'm surprised as well. I thought it would be a lot more people getting axed than what I am hearing around my region. Then again, there could be a lot of people that aren't talking or think they have a group call. I hope people are not that naive, surely not.

Why are people making this so complicated? If you got an email for a conf call in pm you are fine. Per kip those not retained will be personally contacted by their sd first thing in the morning Sorry people are trying to read so much into this. But its really not that confusing.
