Medical Sales College. Is it for Real?

EliteMed advertises that it is the cheapest recruiter in the industry. This is 100% true since when they called themselves AIMS, they didn't charges companies at all.

This quote from AIMS proves that they made their money not from wealthy companies, but from vulnerable jobseekers who were pushed into MSC. EliteMed, more than likely, continues this model.

"...Zero Fee Recruiting. We make these graduates available to our corporate and distributor customers at no charge to make placement as easy and quick as possible."

Of course, once jobseekers paid MSC, then what financial incentive did AIMS recruiters have to place them? NONE.

EliteMed's current claim of charging $2,000 per experienced rep is just part of their ploy to continue the old AIMS tradition. "Experienced" is the key word here, since no experienced rep invests approximately $10,000 for MSC training. Therefore most, if not all, MSC grads are inexperienced in medical sales.

Since EliteMed doesn't charge hiring companies $2,000 for inexperienced reps, EliteMed recruiters still have zero financial incentive to place them.

My guess is that "wealthy companies" became wealthy not wasting money! If a company can hire talent without a recruitment charge, I am sure they will.

Does an engineering company pay Harvard for a graduate? Actually, does any employer pay a school for a graduate? No, it is the most economical way to find talent. So is the education system after vulnerable jobseekers through providing education?

I believe MSC provides opportunity!

Do All Advertised EliteMed Jobs Really Exist?

Scott Binder, President of EliteMed Recruiting, claims that all of the jobs his company posts on national career boards are for current open positions.

If this is the case, then why do EliteMed recruiters almost always tell jobseekers that the positions they forwarded their resumes for were “already filled" by more qualified candidates or Medical Sales College (MSC) graduates?

Naturally, EliteMed also tells jobseekers that they too can enhance their candidacy for future medical sales positions if they pay to attend MSC.

EliteMed and MSC operate together much like the classic modeling agency-modeling school scam:

1) Talent recruiter lures potential victims using a mix of legitimate and nonexistent modeling jobs.
2) Potential victims are then told that advertised jobs were already filled by graduates of their affiliated modeling school.
3) Of course, potential victims are directed toward said school to enhance their chances of obtaining future gigs.
4) After paying, if victims complain due to lack of modeling work, they are told that promised training was already provided and that it is not the responsibility of the school to place graduates into jobs. Victims are blamed for their lack of success. Agency and school keep victims' money.

Seems like you have this entire scam figured out? Now go out do something about it instead of copying and pasting your same comments over and over. Perhaps send the authorities to Colorado to break the doors down and start arresting people.

Medical Sales College used to be called the American Institute of Medical Sales (AIMS for short) and was started by two Wright Medical guys, Jim Rogers & John Wells back around December 2008 in Memphis, TN. They moved AIMS to Denver and renamed their company Medical Sales College or MSC for short and are using the name AIMS for their recruiting division. Just google AIMS or American Institute of Medical Sales and you will find a lot of information. In the early days, AIMS used to offer a job placement or your money back guarantee but stopped doing that. Experiences have been mixed. Those who are placed sing their praises while those who weren't don't. Reach out to a dozen former students on LinkedIn ask about their experience privately. Just remember, many of the unplaced "graduates" are afraid to rock the boat for fear of not getting placement assistance. Some people will kiss so much ass to gain favor with JR et al. despite unreturned phone calls, no interviews, false promises, etc. Who could blame them after paying thousands of dollars and spending all that time and energy going through the program?

This was written way before Ripoff Report Guy. Looks like people have been pissed with these people for a long time.

Yet MSC's interview and selection process allowed these "losers" in.

Let's face it, all approved by Visa/MasterCard are also approved my MSC.

Go MSC!!! Great job.

I'm not a rocket scientist but this joke of thread can be easily described.

Read the last hundred plus posts on any site including "Steve's" ripoff report and you will notice a couple things.

1) You cannot find a single post from a former student. Wouldn't you think if they had hundreds of students if it wasn't working they would complain?

2) That is in line with the fact that you cannot find a single complaint against this licensed college. ZERO!

3) It is a state licensed college that requires education board approval. Yet since inception in 2010 not a single person has complained?? Why is that?

4) On YouTube you have over 50 testimonials from employers, surgeons, former graduates that have now become top reps, distributors, managers and trainers. Why is that?

5) Every major device company has allowed use of logos names and contract information? Why is that???

Easy, it is legit and now more than 500 people have an improved lifestyle post the education.

You never will see anything happen because real students have no problems. Think about it, they are the people who have paid. So who is behind the "Steve" mask? It is someone that has something to lose. How can you tell? He admits never attending the school yet posts every single day on both sites and is responsible for more than 40 posts using his name on ripoff report with no support from anyone else. If he posted that many times on that site using his name, imagine how many times he has posted here.

Now you know the real story!!!

Go MSC!!!

I see other names in support of "Steve." Why are you so defensive? Is it because you are losing potential victims due to the warnings we are posting?

Also, do you honestly think we would believe that your 2010 state license is up for annual review? You have time to run your scam and you know it.

Yeah, but "Steve's" report makes a lot of sense and is backed by facts.

We all agree MSC is legit. It would be impossible to build a business with all of the above positive support info if it was a scam. The program works. This guy keeps posting the same info over and over. He created the ripoff report. Let him keep posting and posting because it has no impact on the college and EliteMed. You guy's have built a great model to help people. Keep up the great work!!
