MDL???

My office was thinking about using MDL about 6 months ago and the rep had scheduled a lunch. No rep, no lunch, no MDL! This is the most sketchy lab I have ever heard of! They remind me of those toxicology labs that spring up over night! Too be honest, wasn’t sure they were still around!

sound choice. my office has been using mdl for years. i represent 2 offices and as of next week we pull the plug. i've had several former mdl reps ( at other labs now ) and they confide in me very disturbing things. one of them has become a close friend. i even called main office and talked to someone there claiming to be a mgr. it's a joke. can't speak for everyone, but most of the ones i've been in contact with are a joke. from a business pov this vt is a cancerous leech. i will never EVER use anything with mdl name on it. i have friends at other offices and some of them have family members at still other offices. see how this works? we all talk. we all go to trade shows. i might reconsider my position after vt is longer there, but doubt it. she's poisoned probably forever mdl. and, by allowing vt to remain there i have almost 0 confidence of the owner em decision making.

I couldn't agree with you more. Get rid of VT and 3 things happen. The general IQ of the place increases as well as the morale and productivity.

Why are people still at MDL? VT sucks, review sucks, profit sucks, low credit card limits AND issues with UHC. Maybe stay another year just to see how it goes. Man, I'm so glad I left a few months ago!

and yet...............the person MOST responsible for all of this with years in the making is VT AND she's still employed there!!!!!! She created a hell-hole for people to work at. Grossly inexperienced. Extremely immature. Might already be too late. She did not foster an environment where anyone would want to fight for the business.
