I business can censor you speech any day of the week. It is possible for BI to dismiss us for what we say, but it is fundamentally wrong for the government to prosecute us for saying something offensive concerning retarded people, blacks, gays, etc. Perhaps that poster should revisit the civics class and actually read the Bill of Rights. You can't promote hate against a group (termed hate speech).
