3 diabetes DMs all leave same area (pa/nj) in same week. What the hell is going on in this company? Do they know something we don't or is it just BI pays so cheap they are getting better offers?

Combination of things. Pay is certainly one of the factors. Access issues in NJ and Philly too with both the provider as well as the managed care plans.

Bigger issue is being a TBM is not all that.

It's a mass exit for everyone at this company right now. No one wants to be here. The future is crap because our products are crap. If you're any good , you're looking to exit BI ASAP. The only ones left will be the dead weight.

The truly talented and smart managers have already left or are interviewing with other companies. There are some great ones that will hang on because of tenure and pension still accruing through 2020, but think of the "brilliant" managers that actually knew the business, they are gone.
