MARSHALL LINDER IS AN IDOT

I hope anyone reading many of the posts takes the negative posts with a grain of salt. ZOLL is a solid company and a nice place to work. All companies have issues, however ZOLL actively works on resolving issues in the pursuit of organizational excellence. Jamie, Stan and Marshall have done an upstanding job managing a high growth environment. Managing the unforeseeable issues in a high-growth company can be challenging, but I assure you that Marshall is always looking to mediate and solve the challenges as quickly as possible.

This is exactly the type of Zoll bullshit that this CP post wants to dispel. A Zoll management that doesn't listen to its employees and only praises incompetent leadership in public, that tries to control the truth by talking over any solid employee who is having bad experiences, that doesn't proactively act and waits until their own butt is on the line and then tries to cover up the truth, that doesn't actually address any of the real issues or anyone in their positions, that asks for time when its their own decisions but doesn't give that same respect to their other employees, that outright lies in a public forum, etc. etc.
 






This is exactly the type of Zoll bullshit that this CP post wants to dispel. For these reasons and more, that would take a long time to list, tons of people are glad that they are gone!

There is only one thing that would help the direct sales and that is making changes to the quota structure and fast. I personally know of over 30 people looking to leave. I have been here almost a year and grown the business over 200% but now can't keep up with the never ending quota. The sales force gets that we are growing, have reimbursement and some days it can take 4 hours to get an order approved. These things would be much easier to handle if we were not expected to grow our business 200-300% every year without a stop. There is no other company that is running on that type of model on a product that had fda approval in 2001.
 






The quota system just scratches the surface because it's what we see. Dig deeper and the problems are far worse, with layer upon layer of deceit to cover up the ML/JW/JP mousketeer trio.

I think wining is something people do in the wine industry. Whining is the word you were looking for and that is not what many people are doing on here. The sales force just doesn't get answers from manager and every question we ask is dodged. That is why people resort to this site. If upper management was honest and answered valid questions this would not happen.
Not true. Most of us work hard. The company on the other hand does nothing to help. Why isn't 200-300% growth enough for you you in a year? I can't comprehend how I can have that much growth and already be struggling to hit my plan. Something doesn't make sense. Do the simple math. If you start and your quota is $3000.00 and another person in training has a quota of $30,000. Why would both go up $800.00? No one has yet to give me an answer on that one because math DOES NOT support that.
 






It's more than the "funny" math that's done to calculate the quotas. If you do well one year, they jack your base quota for the start of the year way up..I mean by a lot!! Then you have the standardized growth each week on top of that. Way to motivate the sales force!! Yup, that's how you go underwater in year 2!

HMMM..let's see 1.) you sourced the candidates based on the criteria you developed 2.) You screened A candidates via profiler 3.) You set parameters and provide leadership/management. I guess the top down question would be ultimately directed at why your not able to build a consistent high performing team? When you can answer that question then I guess the account coordinators will let you have your balls back from the woodshed. I love hearing you "beg" your internal partners (e.g. AC/Intake etc.).

You aren't in the majority. Some TM's are bending the rules with who they are submitting documentation for. Eventually it will catch up with them. I'm with many who have an active exit strategy.

Just curious, how many TM's have been with Zoll over 2 years? I know 1 in the entire country. I am sure there is a couple more just seems like everyone is under 2 years and most under a year

Very, very low. There is another thread where Zoll Troll management is looking for names of RM/TM's to blame for their own problems. The name of the thread should have been who are the bad leaders or directors and VP's. Linder's entire staff would have come up.

Oh that's right managers didn't have to bunk 3 to a room at the national meeting Lol. And your comment about the people inside lol! Always supportive? So what do you do when they remove a vest from a patient without Drs orders?
