Who put this ultra-idiot in power? He clearly has no experience runing a complex organization, so why is he in this position? There is no worse company in the medical device space. He has grown the company inspite of his ineptitude. Can't wait to see the growth slow down and when the board starts asking questions about turnover and the costs associated with it.

First off, let me start by saying that whoever posted this post is a complete moron. You're calling someone an idiot when you can't even spell idiot correctly. Perfect example of the stupid asses that this company hires. Secondly, ML did not grow this company, all of the old time established TMs, of which most have quit at this point, are the ones that have grown the company. Now , when the company hires new people to fill the reps spot that have quit they just lower the quota and make it look like there is still growth. Let me end by saying that I'm not a management person coming on trolling to say positive things, I'm just stating that whoever posted this post is a complete stupid ass. I hate this company , I hate all of the leadership, The device is a pain in the ass and only needed for an extremely small percentage of people.

To Anybody reading these management posts on here from leadership that leave statements like the above, it really should solidify what a joke this company is, and the lack of intelligence , and all the non powerful come backs to all the negativity on here. The reason there is nothing other than cheesy unintelligent come backs is because it's all the truth that's being spoken. They can't have a good powerful come back when it's completely 100% the truth.

Technically, this parachute would only work about 50% of the time. It would also deploy half the time when sitting in the lobby or plane, and hurt like hell when it did.

We would also try to sell them as people were boarding the plane with fake data showing alarming plane crash rates, and claim that every person who had their chute deploy in the lobby was a "saved life".

Parachutes at least had ethical boundaries their marketing department didn't cross. This is just plain disgusting.

Nice post, posting a response to your own post to make it look like people agree with you. What you meant to say was , your a kiss ass, loser, can't get a real job with a true CRM company like Medtronic , St. Jude, or Boston scientific, so you pretend this place is great because it makes you feel better, when you're only here because you couldn't get a job at a real company.
 


















No better job in the medical device space. No "on-Call" no chasing cases, banker hours. Great benefits and income....what could be better? Minimal management oversight. ZOLL Rocks!
