I don’t think Galderma cares who leaves anymore. If they did they would of stopped this months and months ago. The truth is Galderma has nothing to keep people here that want to leave. No stock to offer, average salaries but can’t compete with the real players in the market, and a pipeline in which they are leasing products. The churn will continue my friend. Derm experience equals lazy and entitled. Bring on the new reps. We need energy not “relationships”. Sorry you think you’re more valuable than you are. You sell scripts for Christ’s sake.

Just to be clear. You are not in Sales. You are a pharma rep. There is a big difference.
 






So, let’s all be clear - she has won awards, her skills must not be too shabby, and you attack her on an anonymous message board for physical appearance? Makes total sense, I guess, when you cannot compete with skill.
 






Social media brings out losers. People who trash talk and have no common descency.
Anyone who is trashed should wear it as a badge of honor.
If you were a rep and worked your way up to a manager good for you. Each position is a learning and growing experience for your future career. Enjoy it and treat others with respect.
All the new managers deserve their promo at Galderma and they are strong young women. When these losers make comments I’m sure they are jealous, I’m sure they have had the position they are in for too long, I’m sure they can’t move ahead and pretend they don’t want too, so they trash talk.

The OC make me laugh…BY eventually won…if your around long enough you will also. Not about that about how everyone talks and talked abyyou before getting that position. Your family as you bimbos call it are and have said the worst things about you…keep dreaming rookie
 






That’s what makes people stronger and better managers, how they handle adversity.
Sure, bad stuff , lies people write hurt at first, but then you become immune and
realize it means nothing and feel pity for the people that are so angry.

Stop being so angry.
Enjoy what you have.

Give people chances in life, no one is perfect.

The problem with the OC as you call it is that the peoples within it are backstabbing fools. What’s even better than that is the fact that all of them talk about each other behind their backs. It’s as phony as phony can be. How do you think we know everything on here. It comes from within the circle. MS talks so much trash on HF it’s not even funny…if the OC wants to go down this rabbit hole let’s go with the lists. Make them public. Say what she said about everyone…that would be a fun game.

I don't know what or who that is but who cares who talks behind anyone's back. The world has so many issues and that's what upsets people. The other loony tune so obsessed with Flemming as if he works with him. That person needs a rubber room. Marcia will never change and will be here for 15 more years, so don't share anything with her that you don't want to bite you in the a_____!
