CBDs get the plan first, then the TBMs are given instructions on next steps. Realignments are coming in next few weeks.
How would you know that? CBDs don’t even know until very close to the date.

Internal candidates have been hired a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea if any externals were hired, or if there maybe a position or two that has not been filled, but basically I think anyone waiting is waiting in vain.
Overlay positions will be eliminated. Whether you are offered anther position will depend on your territory and what is available after the realignment. There is definitely a realignment, and a change in the product mix. Be prepared for the possibility of a different territory, and training in a new product and disease state. HSBS should not be affected with this round. But they are up next.
Let's say you're right... That overlay positions will be eliminated. If an overlay rep is BI and one of the base reps is Ashfield, don't you think they'll move things around so the BI reps keep a position? It's easier to eliminate a contract rep. Kind of like "bumping" people out so the BI reps or tenured reps stay. Thoughts?
You will be placed, but not as an over lay. That structure will be removed all together. It was an ineffective concept to begin with. No accountability..Are you saying respiratory overlay reps will be eliminated or diabetes overlay reps?

Thanks O’Mighty BI Oracle!
Because a career at BI is such a prosperous one! Take a lowest industry standard pay and get a shit sandwich commission
Face it you could sell cars and make more money oh but wait a minute you would have to sell and work
Place is washed up reps who can’t perform anywhere else
Ashfield will not be placed, but they can apply for what is left. You will be placed, but not as an over lay. That structure will be removed all together. It was an ineffective concept to begin with. No accountability..
Can someone offer up a time table?
not if the Ashfield rep costs 2/3 of the overlay rep
Yeah, that's why there needed. Funny how other industries don't emulate this brilliant sales model? Still waiting for my UPS driver to show up at my door with their manager tagging along
Announcements will be made by the end of this month.
