I would imagine it's a rough time waiting to find out if you will have a job or not, so I'm just gonna say good luck to all of you and that on our side of the fence so far the comments have been good and seem as if Teva wants to keep as many people on board as possible. Management here says these two entities will complement each other well and that sales forces will roughly stay in tact to their respective products since our divisions don't overlap all that much...

Take that with a grain of salt as I am a pawn in this chess game, but good luck to all of you.

My west coast oncology regional is a real piece of work. We attended these skip-level meetings in the fall and he completely lost all composure. He insisted that some reps were blatantly promoting off-label, despite the fact that the fear of God had been beat into us often over the prior year. Notice how we never heard about the results of the national fall 2011 CIA survey? Why? Because the rate of off label promotion remained in the 13% range. Campbell finally realized the survey was faulty, so they have decided to skirt the entire issue with the field. In the meantime, we had talented reps leaving and threatening to sue the organization over "2 strike and you are out" territory audits. Poor leaders like Chandler and Campbell refuse to admit when they are wrong. This behavior and attitude will continue to negatively impact the success of the oncology franchise.
