50 Pain Reps, 5 Managers, 0 Directors

Oncology has fewer people than they currently need and will continue to fill from other divisions.

According to someone else "in the know"... MD has CNS and PAIN , BC has ONC... which is it??? THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!!

Any HR or Compliance issues are gone first, if there are multiple people that could work the geography, then year end reviews, talent reviews, etc.

If the people around you have been rated higher, you are in trouble. If you have been rated better, you are good, but geography is trump card.

The good news is that all of the people that have been hanging on for the last couple of years, will be gone.

You are 1000% WRONG. These numbers are what is being retained from the Ceph side. Teva will not have their current people sell Ceph products.
