Managers answer this please

First of all, you have no idea what position this person holds at this company or the number of promotions they may have or have not have received. It sounds like you assume they are a rep. Secondly, why does being an employee here discount them from witnessing mismanagement? Are your blinders on so tight that you can’t see what’s going on here? You still haven’t addressed the fact that people are leaving, not only reps but HO employees too. You continue to shit on the poster while avoiding the main point of the post…poor management/leadership. Who is running their mouth now? It sounds like you have a fair amount of pent up hate or anger. If you have the answers, please help this person and explain why they should reconsider their thoughts on novo mismanagement.

A bad company culture (which is why people are leaving) is on the shoulders of one man - DUGL. It went south when he took over. Period. End of story. To paint every person who has received a promotion to management as dumb, inept, and ass kissing is, as stated, irresponsible. My point was that he doesn’t know a thing about people on whom he is casting judgement. If you want to lay blame at the feet of every manager, then don’t cry when someone points out how stupid that is.

And, why do I think he’s a rep? Just go read the posts. Maybe he’s a DBM, and he thinks he’s an idiot, too. But, I think it’s safe to infer that he’s not in management anywhere in the company.

Are you following yet? I appreciate your “knight in shining armor” approach, but if you had just read a few posts, you would have probably gotten your answers. As I’ve stated multiple times, I have not defended NNI a single time. I’ve just pointed out how someone is acting like he knows something about people whom he has never even interacted with. Got it?

I'm very late to this party, but yeah, why is somebody who from reading their posts is obviously very intelligent wasting their time working in NNI management?

They should go get a job in Private Equity, but I have 50 bucks that says they don't even know what PE is.

I think each territory is different. Our manager prefers males. He promotes males to the committees and councils that will get you noticed for promotion. Despite 3 females in the district that are high performers requesting these roles.

Maybe you should join the WINN group, where you can join in with others who claim that somehow they continue to fight against oppression here. In my district we are 15% male with a female manager. I am a male and it was suggested that I join WINN. My response to my manager? I'm sorry but I don't feel like we should be forced to segregate into all of these erg groups which are solely based on skin color or gender. Why can't we just have activities for our whole sales force? Never heard back on that one!

I joined WINN for the POA hookups. Go to the social, throw back a couple of drinks, and bang some drunk, horny housewife, all in the name of equality. It’s a great place to find a chick looking for a little extramarital activity!
