For at home kits.
Stop putting a 14 day stopwatch on PAP. This is the reason for your high rejection rate. Do it the same as the practices do.
After insurance fails, then the pt will fill out the PAP. Stop doing things how you think they should work, and start doing them the way the patient and practice want them. That is how you sell more volume. You guys are a collective bunch of dumb assholes. Also, start paying the reps you cheap losers!
