Management

Can someone answer these questions?
Why in the hell did we hire Garry Couett?
Why does he never communicate with sales?
Why doesn’t he have a urology Rolodex?
Why doesn’t Garry add any value?
Why is morale in the basement?
Why have bonuses dissapeared under this guy?
Why does sales get blamed for all of managements mistakes?
Why all of the micromanagement software?
Why can’t we just sell? That’s what we were hired to do.
Please for Christ Sake, Terminate Garry Couett!

Garry bring your last place medals to the Skype call today!

Sorry guys I stole my own laptop.

Attention Chuck, Steve, and Garry the Clown

No one can build and sustain a great company if no trust exists. It makes no sense to recruit the best people and tying their hands by not giving them the freedom to perform. Great leaders know that the soul of their business is their team, and they must allow and trust their team to produce their very best work; that's why you recruited them in the first place.

A big misconception is that cutting commission and increasing micromanagement wins. There are many organizations out there where the board finally had enough and sacked all of the C-Suite and upper management for stifling their companies with micromanagement and bad culture.

If you want to be a leader, give your team the space to work, create an environment free from the impediments of toxicity and micromanagement, and witness a significant growth of your company but, more importantly, in your team.
