Why in the hell did we hire Garry Couett?
Why does he never communicate with sales?
Why doesn’t he have a urology Rolodex?
Why doesn’t Garry add any value?
Why is morale in the basement?
Why have bonuses dissapeared under this guy?
Why does sales get blamed for all of managements mistakes?
Why all of the micromanagement software?
Why can’t we just sell? That’s what we were hired to do.

There's no salvaging the situation now. It would take a baller CEO to step in and assess the big picture, ask a lot of questions, fire the leadership that hasn't established any respect from sales team, and insist on creating a supportive, collaborative climate ...a climate that is focused on producing results and job satisfaction, not so hyper-focused on micromanaging and pinching pennies.

I don't even know what this means, but I do know the Exo reps have been getting SCREWED for years at this point. Then they're going to layoff reps soon, and tell them they don't get severance if they've been "written up" for any clerical errors or non-compliance in the past year. How much will it take before you terminate Garry? Garry has never been an NSM or VP of Sales but you hire him as an NSM. He was also the last place RSM at Myriad, or did you even look into that? The guy is a bottom performer.
