Can someone answer these questions?
Why in the hell did we hire Garry Couett?
Why does he never communicate with sales?
Why doesn’t he have a urology Rolodex?
Why doesn’t Garry add any value?
Why is morale in the basement?
Why have bonuses dissapeared under this guy?
Why does sales get blamed for all of managements mistakes?
Why all of the micromanagement software?
Why can’t we just sell? That’s what we were hired to do.
