Lucentis - Houston job opening

I am interested in applying for this position and wanted some insight to the product, DM, RD, etc. I have read that this product is struggling and though there is something in the pipeline, it might be a while. I am currently with another opth. company but the pay isn't good. What is the comp and benefits plan like?

They're pretty far along in the process of selecting candidates. You literally have a day at most from when the jobs are posted until they're slammed with over 200 external resumes, not to mention the internal candidates that throw their hats into the ring

Sales are not important, only metrics and busy stuff that shows your developing. You will need to learn how to talk gCode and how to connect internally. That's all that matters.
