Who’s bright idea was it to TRANSFORM the Lucentis field positions when the drug was actually on a growth trajectory and doing better than any past years?
As you can see from a few prior posts, there are some morons who don’t understand Ophthalmology’s business. The bitter people from BU’s in the ecosystems. We actually work here in Ophtha, we bring in revenue AND we were completely transformed without any notice. For all you cry babies out there, Ophthalmology has already been through this crazy transformation already but it was much worse.
But this message is to the Ophtha leadership squad...Do the right thing by the customers and don’t kill the already low morale. You will lose even more people. The managers you let go are poaching all the good people. We have 2 products coming and the experienced people are leaving. Relationships do matter! You heard it from the stage in Austin. The Retina community has noticed. They saw how badly you treated your people in transformation. You need to have reasons for people to stay.
