My worst one finally left - can't believe any company hired her. Obviously, didn't check references!Sad but true. Get rid of these losers and thank goodness some have migrated to other companies. Pity those organizations but should have done their homework.
And to be completely honest, I believe most of the negative posting here are from old white males. See a pattern? Once these obsolete dinosaurs have been purged from the team, we will likely find that all these DMs are really effective leaders.
