Oh what’s wrong little one... truth is hard to hear isn’t it. You are not special, pharma makes you feel that way, in the beginning. Then you are a few years in and wanting to go somewhere else but guess what? No other business outside of pharma will want you, because you are most likely a dumb cheerleader. So get your ass kissing skills up and know that you are stuck here forever. Oh and nice work on the brag book quote. Which was not in that post at all. Sounds like you should have taken the VERP...but you no doubt relied on that solid “body of work” if not your pear shaped body to get you through. Big mistake, Señor Softie. A contract company may want you...given that impressive “body of work”. But I doubt it...

You sound very much like a PC rep who is happy to be paid the Lilly minimum and thinks 10 calls a day and mediocre results is a good thing. Go practice your data presentations and selfie taking. You know I wonder how you got your job? Was it at career day during last semester? Did Lily tell you this is a great career? I am sure your degree is perfectly suited for this. Bet you felt great when they hired you. The 50 k is super duper. You know your peers are smart enough to find real jobs, this industry is dying and you don’t even know it. I do my job very easily...with fun and purpose too! And it’s not 50k, silly...it’s
$ 48,500. I know you’re scared that your six figure salary plus perks is coming to an end. I get it. You would think your “body of work” would save you...but it won’t. I wish you all the best finding your next “body of work”...but do shudder at how awful that likely will be.

You sad little man. I started out making more than you - you are cheap labor to drop samples. The company doesn’t “value” you. Drs don’t want to see you and you are an embarrassment to the industry.

KM is there to clean up the apathetic, lazy, entitled, excuse-driven MN culture. It will take time. He’s worth the flights and hotels and AJ knows that. Novo dominates amidst multiple senior execs. You’d think they could sell something with their ‘experience’ and ‘relationships.’ Jokes.
 






KM you couldn’t sell your way out of a box in MN!! No matter who you hire or how young they are, they will find it difficult to sell in this low see/no see state! Every pharma/ med device company knows this! You have virtually no sales experience! You spent most of your time in operations!
