Lilly Oncology "Re-Deployment"

:) You are so pathetic and frustrated here on this website which is not yours by the way. You can't help yourself as you waste your time responding to my rants. I think you are funny. I am smiling.

By the way, I've been around a lot longer than you (ewww 10+ years!) and I'm very certain you don't make more $ than me. You are correct that Lilly Oncology used to be more sought after...until they dumbed down the promoted positions with people like you and promoted others into "specialty" divisions like oncology.

I know what I am talking about...as I have witnessed new oncology in house promotions who have acted so stupidly at meetings - doing stupid skits like I'm sure you've done.

Please stay away from the oncology community with your Halloween costume. You are making everyone else look bad.

There is real work to be done and lives are at stake.

How's your blood pressure? ;)

I wouldn't be so sure you make more money then me. I've been here 12 years, been executive rep for 4- salary is $114k- plus we make a CVM bonus every time and I'm pretty much always 100% or higher to quota. Last year my w2 was 138k pretty good for a non-oncology Psych rep huh?

I would never even think of taking an oncology job- can't make money there with the CVM scores. Plus the arrogance is pathetic. Actually I think Neuroscience is the place to be right now (although we could use a few less rep's also) when you consider the pipeline. And the fact that our customers actually like us. CAS spots aren't to bad either.

You may want to check and see if we are still allowing patients into out mGlu clinical trials. You meet all the criteria for inclusion into this study. It's obvious that your current meds aren't working. I hope you are either real close to your 80 points or you are first on the list for reallocated employees. I'm sure your own teammates would love to see you leave! I bet you're a real charmer at the meetings! Reigning peer award winner right!!?? Sounds like they surveyed ALL your customers for the current CVM scores! You are such a fool and I don't see anyone jumping to your defense.

I am a charmer in fact. Everyone loves me.

Have you won the Peer Award? I have.

How's your blood pressure?

Blah blah blah...

I make much more than $114K/year.

Many years as an award winner. Big deal...

I've made well over $200K in a year with bonus...

You're boring.

Right there with you my Psych rep friend!! No offense to you Oncology wack.. Guess what division is the only one left in biads?? Time for the restructuring to come your way. I'm loving how you blame your pathetic CVM scores on the PC transfers into the division.

LOL!!! Yes, you made well over 200K at Lilly as an Onco Rep. I know few Rep's in Onco that have made more than me and I'm not even close. Senior Exec for YEARS, maybe put up a 150K base, but no way your bringing home another 50K in IC when that is completely impossible with our current IC plan.

These guys have a point, Lilly does underpay us. On the other end, Oncology seems to hurt more than help resumes these days, as most companies think of Onco Rep's as overqualified. If they only knew what we realld did, there is little diff than my old job in LHG a few yrs ago, except the biads which does make no sense. I wish there were a CAS job open in my territory, that sales force is already "LEANER."

Director's are the only people making 200K here, unless Sr. DM's with big stock grants. Most of my friends that have left Oncology have been bouncing from job to job in biotech and I really don't think they are happy either.

It's a little amazing how folks "earning" 200k a year could possibly be bickering - are you all in this for THE MONEY, or something else. Please, something else, anything else. Please.
