Where to begin with this current mess? The only place I know is at the top. RJ you need to go get your step ladder and climb up so you can see yourself in the mirror and know that person looking back at you is universally hated throughout the industry and within your own company. Sure you have EV and MW who love you but do they really count? Dumb and dumber. I know you said on the call that you have dedicated Parnellians now but you really don't. We are hear to take your money and look for another job, much like GC and MD. Of course now you say they really weren't fits but you were the one who promoted them and demoted MW. You just can't make this stuff up. Also, RJ you said that nothing happened at conference last year, that you didn't stab multiple people, that you didn't tell a bad joke about the director of marketing but if that is the case why do I have an email from you apologizing for your misbehavior? So you went on your witch hunt and VW resigned on Sunday vs. another day in your hell and you fired TS for what I don't know. She wasn't spreading any rumors you should look at your KC office for that. Know when you walk those halls that 90% are looking for new jobs. Taking your money and looking to get out. Know that all companies have heard about you and your pathetic company and the same question always comes up, "Why are you still there"? People feel bad for the hell that we are in and continue. You even screwed us out of our bonus' by giving us stock but you put a premium on the shares so we lost money, thank you. Even your new manager that you think bleeds Parnell has interviewed and he is still there because, like your company, no one wants him either.

I'm not in sales but after seeing what's going down... I cant wait to get out of this company. It's one big mess.
 








This company is an embarrassment to the industry. Good luck finding another job in animal health with this on your resume.

You can make it out there but it takes time. Use the time that RJ is giving us all now and work daily to network and look for a job. Also, anyone that used to work at Parnell is more than willing to help as they have all been there. I have found that people who have left have a lot of sympathy for those of us still stuck in the misery. If you are in sales, you should reach out to the previous management structure. MD knows a ton of people in the industry and has helped many people get good jobs at Merck.

Does anyone ACTUALLY bleed Parnell anymore for real? Or do they just say so to RJ until they can find something else? All those Parnell cheerleaders telling us how negative we were some months back are awfully quiet these days. Perhaps the perceived pessimism was more realism than you thought.

Truth!! He got demoted, then promoted up a bunch of levels within weeks. I guess that's what crawling up someone's ass does for you. Everyone is looking. Everyone but him. The longer they stay at Parnell the harder it will be to get another job. Everyone knows this.

I guess RJ's idea of promoting a positive culture is to badmouth anyone that has left( both by resigning and getting fired), nevermind that he never would have gotten this far without them.
 




I guess RJ will be able to continue bad mouthing people. One of his dairy reps. just resigned and I hear that someone in the corporate office is resigning tomorrow! HA HA. His shitty company continues to crumble around him. Wake up Parnell, RJ is the problem. He is universally hated!
 




Forgot to say, "Thank you RJ" for another month of pay while I continue to look for a job and watch TV on my couch. Best paying job for the 1 hour I update zoho each day and the weekly lunches I take friends out to. You are the best.

So the loses are increasing from $13.7M in 2015 to $21.7M in 2017. Great business model. Didn't RJ say we needed to be cash flow positive this year? Looks like we are right on track, LOL. What a disaster. Maybe just maybe he will realize that Fetch and MySynch are DOGS and not worth anything. No one is going to make their sales budgets for this year so that loss should just get bigger. Have no fear MW is here to save the day. He will blow sunshine up RJs ass and all will be well.
