Our new motto, "We suck the least, work for us."
While that's extremely funny, it's not true. We definitely DON'T "suck the least".

You definitely need to look for another job. You are bitter!
Most posters don't work here anymore.
Home by 5 everyday. You are in breach of the yearly committment that we must sign . Our first call at 8 and our last call at 5. You have violated that sacrement agreement. This calls for a major regional Manager conference. We cannot let this type of behavior continue. We need another spread sheet to track all of our activites in 1/4 hour segments. All I know is I have great benefits, car, small territory, paid time off and home by 5PM everyday. Very thankful!
What a revelation. I am looking for another job and so are most of my peers. 33% leave every year. We are all constantly searching for a more professional work enviorment. When it is found we leave. It is not being bitter but rather realistic.
Lets be real. Sales people for the most part work in that field because they could never work in an office for a boss 5 days a week. They like the freedom to come and go according to their schedule and not be seen so that no one knows what they are doing all the time. They wheel and deal to steal business from the competition. They have limited contact to their employer and wheel and deal the employer as well. Being in their own world they think they are so much better than they are recognized for and so much smarter than their bosses and upper management. From their perspective corporate is always wrong as they do not make decisions that make the sales person's world better. As they are always underpaid, overworked, unappreciated, and working for idiots why wouldn't they always be looking for a better job where their awesome talents are more appreciated and they are paid much more money. It is the nature of the beast.
One correction. In all my years of selling, I have never met a management person or boss who was smarter than a GOOD representative. It is the nature of the beast. BTW. if management just left alone GOOD representatives and let them do their jobs, sales would be much better and much less turnover. Maybe try putting a GOOD salesperson in management occasionally instead of ass kissing people who could not sell themselves out of paper sack and are willing to move to New Jersey and we would be better off too.
A great leader in MAH? Name that person. Just one. You can't do it. The leadership at MAH is dreadful.Ha. Cafepharma logic at its best. This is a great company with great leadership. Grow up

Robin and Andy are. Grow up. You are soooo perfect. I love my job! Tell me a better one in AH- that's what I thought.
Andy has buried every product he has ever marketed and Activyl is being lowered into the grave as we speak. Robin has presided over the demise of a previously strong sales force and has lost all of our credibility with distribution. Her continuing addiction to attempt to transform animal health to a 1980's human side business model is a disaster. The one person that has been shoved to the back that has true sales common sense and has proven leadership experience is Rikki. Rikki resurrected a dying bio line and raised it to a top market share contender. She had the courage to do what was right for the division without worry of personal rammifications. Rikki has forgot more about animal health management and marketing then Robin and Andy ever knew.

My God we have a comedian on here. Andy's is the classic example of an empty suit, the lights are on upstairs but no one is home. His next good idea will the first one he's had his whole career. Sorry if you are holding him up as good management material then no wonder we are sucking and losing market share.
