Why do you assume everyone is as big a loser as you are? I have been down sized twice and had no problem getting a new job with a real pharma company in just a few weeks. It actually was a windfall for me because I got 6 months severance from one job and 4 months from the other so I was getting double pay. Just because you are not marketable and don't have the skills to get great jobs does not mean we all are that way, obviously.

100% Agree. About a 50% reduction in sales related job jobs over the last 5 years. Big competition and young kids with the least salary requirements are getting the jobs. Take a look at requirements and salaries.

The jobs that previously required 5-10 years of experience are hiring 1-2 or any B2B and low end salaries (40s-60s) with hunger oriented bonus.

There was this one guy on a contract that they used to basically fire reps the client disliked. He was quite the piece of work. He had a bad attitude about not being where he used to be regarding his position, frowned chronically, bitter, etc. And he basically projected these negative traits upon reps as the reasoning to let them go. As far as being lazy...absolutely he was but bitter mostly.

Some of us with more intelligence than you and your CSO brothers are in specialty where the pay is far better and we have many opportunities because we actually have a real skill. I know that this is a startling bit of knowledge to someone like you but it is a reality, just not in your little primary care sample dropper CSO world.

true, any beginner specialty rep in direct is churning at least 90 on base at 5 years. its a joke to talk about specialty reps making 75 unless they have no work experience. a temporary cso job, what else,
