Laziest Manager at Publicis

Hey CSO hack. I have been downsized twice. Had a new and higher paying job within six weeks both times because I have a great reputation in my territory, have always been a top performer and interview extremely well. I'd never work for a CSO and I don't have to work for a CSO because unlike you I can do better. Enjoy your low paying temp job and don't worry about everyone laughing at you for doing the same job for a lot less money. Sucks to be you but the world needs losers too. LOL

You ain't doing TOO well if you're still hanging on to your pharma rep job.

You're a pure dumb ass.

Yeah, you must be a real winner. Down-sized twice and trolling on a CSO board. You were so good they canned your a$$ twice...and you probably are still unemployed.

..and no one is laughing. They're all looking at me nervous as hell and wondering exactly how long it will be until they're faced with the same situation. You are too, you insecure little prick

FYI, to the big mouth...

the pay is about 15% less, but we have 75% less headaches.

and the best part is we don't have stupid, kool aid loving counter part like you. Also, most of us have 10 plus year on you in selling and we make more, with our side business.

yup, the side business. you can't do that because you are a slave to your company, KA Boy.

Try close to 50% less for many of us who were making top money. With this level of income you must have a sideline income or you'll get tossed in the street...

If you can't live on your Publicis salary, then you've been living way over your head.

So true for those of us living in any of the dixie states. We have it easy with the cost of living and the the check is farly sustainable. I cannot say the same for other parts of the country. We have family in DC and NJ and from what they tell us its incredibly expensive there. You guys definitely need a second income if you live around these areas. Publicis pay is less than most other contracts and definitely much less than a regular rep job with the manufacturer.

Dope or total ignorance. You must be living in a rural shack or eighth floor walk up tenement. In most parts of the country salaries and bonus in these companies are totally inadequate. Its why most sales reps leave within a few months to a year.

If you can't live on $75-80k in most of America then you're over your head.

$75-80K is WAY more than most Americans earn.

Where do you live that you have this view? Most people do not live in those expensive areas, but some do. So, what is pss doing to normalize the pay for those people? Many companies do adjust salary to areas of residence especially if they pay low income in general.

Read it and weep...

Common ranges of rep income. More education and experience, more money. Major pharma reps make 85-115K plus bonus 20-40K; Small pharma reps make 65-90 plus bonus 20-35; CSO make about 55/62-90 plus bonus 13-15. Reason why moving on continues.....

All bets on that lazy managers make more than any rep
