And what about EBDs? When are they getting a call? Aren't they responsible for worse performance? Look at Doug Calandra. Does he even know what EBDs do? What's he been doing? All DSMs are done with him..............

Many DSMs are very frustrated with him. He's not inspiring and have no clue of what goes on around him. No depth of business and employee management. I wonder what was AZ thinking when they made him EBD!!!

He’s no way near the inspiring awesomeness of Back Door Bob Gilot. That dude knew exactly what EBDs do. They come up with incredible strategies like hitting HCPs up while they’re straddling the throne! Nowhere to run or hide!

come on people. Have you ever watched certain CBD’s, EBD’s, etc follow higher ups around like little puppy dogs. All about that next position even with lousy performance.
