So Med Affairs and RAD's (or whatever acronym they are called now) got hit. My question is when do DSM's and CBD's get called to the principal's office? I mean, is it two years of bottom 25-30% or worse performance? 3 years? 4 years??
Amazing how they target certain people but still are in roles with consistent demonstration of weak leadership.

True that. Kim Gutierrez doesn't have any idea of what goes on in the territories. She's not a leader, not motivating to people. I guess she got this role to have another white female in the senior role. Very bad choice for an EBD

My EBD is working on getting RMST reps out. He said this time there's a twist. Announcement coming soon. I wonder what that is!!
