Has anyone heard any real updates? Many of our departments are still running on a fraction of the employees.
The real question is does this place have “actual plans” for anything?

Great question, the answer seems to be one of a few: Beg investors for more money, beg L or Q to buy us, or continue the slow painful death until employees wake up and get other jobs because we are so underpaid!The real question is does this place have “actual plans” for anything?

We can't leave soon enough. I had an interview and they almost laughed at my awful experience here.People are already leaving or making plans!

Nobody cares about anyone here. This used to be a good place to work, but it hasn't been for 2 years now.More and more it seems the experience at this company is anything but good!

You're probably right, it's been longer than 2 years. We haven't had good lab management in ages. Or hope that this company would be good for years!Just for 2 years...I think it’s longer than that!

Completely agree, we have people that take bathroom breaks for 20 min and no one notices, or no one cares either way. Keep doing you until they stop paying you.This place will never have good management. If anyone does come in hoping to change it they are in for a rude awakening with the levels of dysfunction this place has. Is worth destroying yourself to fix what people could care “less about”?

I have a new job, but I'm not putting in my 2 weeks, I'm just going to take some PTO and double up my salary for a week. I'm calling it my bonus that I was supposed to get last year.
Man, I haven't been here for a year but the junk that I've seen management pull it's a joke. I interviewed with a hospital and they were shocked at the actions here.It's a shame, but management doesnt care, the investors don't know anything, so whatever!In the end everyone “must do for themselves” especially after what they have seen with this company

Supervisors don't have a clue of how to handle these Covid cases. TAT is going to suffer!Seen supervisors/management come and go here for the short while I have been here. Who really KNOWS who’s doing what? Hearing conflicting answers plus with amwhat one sees doesn’t help anything!
Are we bringing people back to work? If TAT is suffering due to Covid, shouldn't we have a full staff in the lab?Supervisors don't have a clue of how to handle these Covid cases. TAT is going to suffer!
