People quit because of management. They bully, they are aggressive and then they sit in their office in the lab and do nothing while we work hard. People are upset and they don't care.

From what I have seen this company is the most dysfunctional, toxic place I have seen. Surprising that they have not been hit with something MAJOR that has not brought them down!

You mean like overpaying (well above the market value) for leased space back to a doctor?
Or client billing an office well below Medicare rates?
Or just not collecting on client bills?
Or providing software to the doctor so they can determine what insurers they will make the most money on?

Man they just don't value employees. I understand management took a cut too, but come on. We make way less and are stuck waiting for these idiots to give us our money. What are the chances they give us a bonus when volume comes back? ABSOLUTELY 0 chance, they don't care about employees!

This lab makes me just want to scream! Wrong decisions ar made everyday that affect employees. NO one cares about this place.

From hearing how managers/management answers questions it obvious that those actually doing the work aren’t their concern. Nice smoke screen but once you see through it you can’t help but see all the dysfunction, problems, and people leaving

I've had my pay cut, salary cut, and my manager doesn't answer my questions. She just says, let me get back to you. I hate this place. I'm looking for a new job, I'm sure they'll be openings at the local hospitals. This place sucks, screw you PathGroup!!!
