Layoffs in CV before the year ends

This is the MO of Novartis. They don’t give two craps what you are going to do.
 




Well… Happy 2024… so much for the promises made during Neil’s message to us before the break. Where is the adjustment for the Q3 Leqvio bonuses??? And did anyone hear about a salary adjustment?? Those that were affected were supposed to be notified by the end of the year … and crickets! In his Happy New Year message today he didn’t even mention either thing… so much for being his #1 priority anymore. Just noticed one of his priorities now is “upskilling” looks like Dez must have come back from vacation and made sure Neil was on the same page as him. New year but nothing new at Novartis- same old song and dance … promises, promises and constant disappointment.
