Layoffs and severance package



















The reps with seniority are all on Maria call. The reason I believe they are being kept is because my partner just left and she had been with the company longer than me. I’m on Maria call because they had no choice.
 






























They’re going back to the way it was before the CV indication. A few reps with large territories. Not every territory will keep 1 rep. Maria’s call will be about the restructuring. Diane’s call will be about lay offs and severance packages.
 
























Of all the SPs that i've spoken to tonight, and there were many, the consensus is that there are far more people on Diane's call. In my region, 8 people are on Diane's call and only 3 on Maria's. So, either they are going to cut 75% of the total sales force or....it might make more sense that the reps on Diane's call will be retained and the SPs on Maria's call will be displaced. I mean, I don't see how they move forward with 30-35% of the total reps.
 






So are you saying that the stagnant script numbers and lack of growth is ok and they should keep all the reps even though they are no longer helping to grow the company? Once the generics launched we all knew the path forward would be tough. It’s sad but there is no way the company can carry on business as usual.

5/11 on my team got Diane. So majority got Maria.
 






It obviously depends on the profitability of each area..new territories producing few scripts will be cut. The original territories from the beginning where volume and profitability have built will obviously be kept. So the luck is in where you live and the seniority of your partner whether you stay. Sadly, everyone is a number with a dollar amount like every other company.

it all depends on what region you are from. If you are from a huge volume area then it makes sense. I am in a huge volume region and 2 out 9 people I spoke with are on Diane’s call. Good luck to everyone today. The way this is being handled is disgusting.
 






All expansion territories will be gone - hard to show growth when greater than 90% of all access is gone because of COVID restrictions in most territories. 12 hours notice to layoff's - extremely unprofessional
